Studies show meaningful activity, engagement in one’s environment, continued opportunities to learn and use skills, socialisation, creative expression, and music are far more effective then pharmaceuticals for people living with Alzheimer’s and other types of dementia.

- Sunday 19 May - AAD Family & Caregiver Support Group meeting at Markel House, Front Street from 4:30pm with Liz Stewart and members of the AAD Board.
- Friday 24 May - No activities due to the Bermuda Day public holiday. We wish you all a happy holiday - who will be brave enough to go for a swim now summer has officially begun!
Remember the Alzheimer's Family Support Group meeting are held on the 2nd Monday of each month at KEMH (1st Floor conference room, old wing) at 5:30pm. Julie Kay Darrell hosts these meeting and welcomes all attendees.
